Returns and refunds

We accept refund requests ONLY if item has not been shipped. If item is broken or missing from the package, you MUST provide an unpacking video as proof your item arrived (or did not arrive) that way. We will do our best to work with you to resolve any issues!

Once we have shipped your parcel, it is out of our hands. We cannot issue refunds if your package is lost by our courier and/or once package is already shipped, sorry!

IF YOUR PARCEL HASNT SHIPPED

We are able to issue a full refund with a $5 restocking fee per item.
